Outside of the warranty, we’ll still support you and help you find the best possible repair solution.
All Penguin products consist of different materials. We put the relevant WASHING INSTRUCTIONS at the bottom of each product.
Return & exchange
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days after receiving it. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Please email us with your order number and, for exchanges, the product you’d like to receive instead. We’ll send you the return instructions by email. Please note that return shipping costs are paid by the sender.
